Users of NexSys’s (K3) advanced enterprise resource planning software now have a secure and reliable environment in which to share customised solutions and extend the value of SYSPRO ERP to fellow users following the launch of the SYSPRO app store.

The SYSPRO app store provides a secure and reliable platform for global SYSPRO users to share and collaborate on tailor made solutions that have been developed to answer specific customer needs. It also allows customers who have developed specific solutions to recover some of their development investment by selling on their solutions to SYSPRO users worldwide. K3’s own VBScript and C# User Control demonstration apps have already amassed 70 downloads between them on the first day of release onto the SYSPRO App Store.

SYSPRO users can also benefit from user reviews, which make it easier to evaluate software-enhancing applications and make informed decisions before purchasing.  Furthermore, the SYSPRO App Store enables an organisation to easily manage and view the applications it has already purchased to run alongside SYSPRO, providing a quick reference for support personnel to understand which third party applications are installed and active.

This is just another example of K3 responding to its customers needs and making it easier to extend the value of existing SYSPRO systems. The company recently started offering SYSPRO ERP in a cloud environment to give users instant and easy access to their software from anywhere at any time, and added a managed services division to help support SYSPRO users externally.
