K3 Syspro has rebranded to NexSys Solutions Limited as part of a strategic move that better represents the range of solutions we offer. It’s a change in identity, a change in name, a change in branding and we have reviewed and revised our Purpose and Mission as part of the rebrand; but it still represents a little change. Why? Because we’ve not changed our leadership team, our people or our great service. We’ve not changed our relationship with SYSPRO (we remain an elite partner), our solutions or our approach. We’ve not changed our heritage. We do however understand that this change will raise a few questions so we have listed a few FAQ’s to hopefully answer any of those questions you may have. When will the change take place?
We officially registered the company name on Tuesday 8th November 2022 with a view to officially launch on Monday 14th November to assist with transition
What does that mean for us as K3 Syspro customers?
Well essentially, not much, apart from like us having to get used to a new name. As we mentioned above, it’s a change in identity, a change in name, a change in branding; but it still represents a little change. Why? Because we’ve not changed our leadership team, our people or our great service. We’ve not changed our relationship with SYSPRO (we remain an elite partner), our solutions or our approach. We’ve not changed our heritage, our mission or our vision
Will I have the same account manager?
Absolutely, we as a business remain unchanged. We still have the same great team of people supporting our customers
Has your offering changed?
No, we still offer all of our existing products and services and plan to continue developing these further to provide an even better offering to our customers. Through the rebrand journey, we recognised that we are more than just an ERP provider with a strong suite of products that enable us to offer Innovative ERP+ solutions for our customers. SYSPRO remains at the heart of our offering, reinforced by our own IP and partner products to deliver solutions that surpass our customers’ expectations.
Will this impact the service we get for you?
Absolutely not, in fact we feel that this rebrand has provided us a fresh approach to look at how we improve our service to you.
Have you had change of staff?
The only change is through our continued investment to add more resources and skills to our already experienced NexSys team.
Are you still part of K3 Group?
Yes, we still remain part of the K3 Group and we plan to build on our offering to you with our group solutions.
Do I still have access to SYSPRO?
Yes, this also remains unchanged. We still provide SYSPRO software and work closely with SYSPRO corporate which means you also still have access to them
What are your new contact details?
Our named e-mail addresses remain unchanged – email@example.com but below are a full list of all changes for e-mails and web links that you should look to update. Please rest assured for a period of time we will forward any e-mail addresses to our new e-mail addresses and our old URL’s will forward to the new URL’s

Will I still pay K3 Syspro?
Our bank details remain the same. All that will change is the name on your invoice
