As SYSPRO is deployed in a wide range of industries, the 240 combined years of business, ERP and customer support experience within the Support Services team enables K3 to deliver a first-class service in an efficient and effective manner. We recognise and understand the impact a reported issue has on the customer’s business processes and the need to provide a swift resolution to any reported issues.
We are committed to continually upskill and grow within a rapidly evolving industry.
The support team can also be found assisting the wider NexSys business, facilitating the development team with testing, and reviewing active projects with the Project Management team, to help ensure a smooth transition to live operation for our customers.
As standard, support is available between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
