Technology is constantly evolving and it is best practice to update to the newer releases to adhere to the latest technology standards, security and ensuring compatibility. This must be planned to ensure business continuity and minimal disruption. The latest release of SYSPRO is version 8 that is constantly being tested and evaluated for compatibility to the latest Microsoft technology stack. More details available here.
We appreciate and understand that not all of our customers are on SYSPRO 8 and may be impacted by Microsoft’s end of support policy. Supported platforms are the operating systems on which SYSPRO has been tested and verified. Customers running older versions of SYSPRO, may be impacted by upcoming changes to Microsoft. Before migrating to an updated Microsoft version you should first ensure that your version of SYSPRO is supported. The table below highlights most commonly impacted platforms and the SYSPRO versions affected in Red. If you do not see your version of SYSPRO listed below, then it has not been tested on the listed Microsoft product and will not be supported. Please contact your account manager to discuss updating to SYSPRO 8.
